Orders and Shipping

Your jewelry will be hand made in our studio, and comes with free gift-wrapping, ready to gift. Jewelry normally ships within 3-4 days of the order being placed. If you have a special, more urgent request, please contact denise@delisch.com. We will do our very best to make your request happen. Our art-inspired scarves, handbags and totes are ready for immediate shipment.

Shipping to the 48 contiguous states of the USA, Alaska and Hawaii, US Territories and US Military Mail via USPS Ground Advantage Mail is FREE. You can choose to use USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express to expedite shipping time, as appropriate. Expedited shipping is charged at cost, and there is no handling fee.

Please contact denise@delisch.com if you want to make a purchase and are located outside of the USA. For purchases delivered outside of the USA, any taxes or duties will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Should you need to return an item, we can accept new, unused jewelry or accessories within 10 days of purchase. Please make sure the items are returned in their original packaging, and let us know that you plan to make the return, by contacting denise@delisch.com. We can provide an exchange or a full refund on any full priced item. Return shipping will be paid for by the customer. We are unable to offer refunds on custom designs.
